Pipe connection
The pipe connections are to be carried out in accordance with current hot water
regulations. Connection side of inlet and return water pipes to the shunt valve is
determined by the supplied extension pipe’s connection to the valve.
Note that the pipe shall be installed at the return water side!
The boiler is provided with the following inlets and outlets:
• 2pcs.ofsocketsforhotwater/expansion,threaddimensionRp25(1”).
One socket is suitable to use for connection of the expansion chamber, the other
one for connection to the hotwater/radiator circuit. If the shunt valve is to be
used, one socket is plugged.
• Socketforreturnwaterontheboilerrearside,threaddimensionRp25(1”).
To be used for radiator circuit in the basement or if no shunt valve is used.
• Socketforshuntvalve(only6or9kW).Thesuppliedshuntvalveissecured
with an gasket in between and 2 pcs. M8 nuts.
Before mounting the valve, the supplied pipe shall be secured on the return
side of the valve base to separate hot and return water flows.
• Socketfordrainagevalvebetweenburnerdoorandashdoor.
Install the supplied valve.
• CopperpipeØ22fortaphotwater(only6and9kW).Hotwateroutletisfrom
the right hand pipe, looking from the front. Always use a thermostatic mixing
valve and adjust the temperature to max. 55˚C.
