If the patient is not positioned correctly in the sling, ensure the clips/loops are attached at the right length and that the straps are not twisted. Also, ensure the patient is positioned on the inside of the sling, centered, and that there are no creases on the leg flaps. Check that the leg flaps are attached at the right length and that the clip is not caught between the lug on the lift and the clip attachment. You may also select the other attachment clip position (inner or outer), use the sling only in accordance with the combinations described in section 'Allowed Combinations' on page 7, use the clips, loops, or lift cords to adjust the patient’s position, adjust the support belt, tighten or loosen, tighten the support belt for a more comfortable fit, make sure the patient is holding...
