For optimal performance use only Arjo
Disinfectant Cleaner.
After each resident
•Wash the safety straps and the pil-
low on the back strap with soap and
water at a temperature of 60°C
(100°F).
• Use a spray bottle containing Arjo
Disinfectant Cleaner and spray the
spade seat, the support table and the
hand grips.
• Scrub with a cloth or disposable
towel.
• Allow minimum two minutes for the
disinfectant to work.
•Wipe with cold, clean water.
•Dry with a clean towel.
Daily
• Spray the Walker frame with Arjo
Disinfectant Cleaner.
• Scrub the frame with a cloth or dispo-
sable towel.
• Allow minimum two minutes for the
disinfectant to work.
• Rinse with cold water.
•Dry the Walker frame with a clean
towel.
Weekly
• Examine the Walker for damage.
• Check that all screws and nuts are
tightened and that there are no gaps.
•Test normal operation: Raise and
lower the Walker.
• Check the safety straps to make sure
they are not worn out. If there is
such damage, replace!
aintenance
Do not use petroleumbased solvents,
trichlorethylene etc., since they may
damage the plastic. If a hot air drier is
used, the temperature must not exceed
80°C (175°F).

Always use protective glo-
ves and protective eye wear
when dealing with concen-
trated disinfectant. Avoid
getting it on your skin or in
your eyes. If contact
occurs, rinse with copious
amounts of water. If skin or
eyes become irritated,
consult a physician.
