Problem Cause Remedy
Therapy control unit is ON, surface is
inflated but not receiving warm air.
Heater not operating properly. Return therapy control unit for repair.
Surface feels warmer than expected. Turn warmer OFF. Recheck after 10
minutes. Surface still too warm.
Return therapy control unit for repair.
Surface does not respond when the
InstaFlate
™
IF is activated.
Hoses kinked or not properly connected.
Therapy control unit may be damaged.
Ensure hoses are free of kinks and
properly connected.
Return therapy control unit for repair.
Surface does not respond when seat
deflate is activated.
Hoses kinked or not properly connected.
Therapy control unit may be damaged.
Ensure hoses are free of kinks and
properly connected.
Return therapy control unit for repair.
