View Base Station Device Information
¾ To view base station device information:
1. Tap the Arlo icon on your mobile device.
If you are using a computer, enter arlo.netgear.com in the address bar of a
browser.
The Devices page displays.
2. Tap or click Settings > My Devices.
A list of devices including the base station and cameras displays.
3. Tap or click the base station.
The base station settings page displays.
4. Tap or click Device Information.
The firmware level, hardware level, and serial number for the base station
display.
Restart the Base Station
¾ To restart the base station:
1. Tap the Arlo icon on your mobile device.
If you are using a computer, enter arlo.netgear.com in the address bar of a
browser.
The Devices page displays.
2. Tap or click Settings > My Devices.
A list of devices including the base station and cameras displays.
3. Tap or click the base station.
