Problem: “Outlet temperature uctuates more than ± 5°F...”
Check internal mechanism
Mechanism is jamming or slow to control.
Clean and descale the following parts:
• Proportioning Assembly
• Gear Drive Assembly
• Magnetic Rotor
Renew separator seal and lubricate internal
mechanism.
Water pressure
Make sure supply pressures are balanced.
Check for the following:
• Air locks
• Blocked strainers
• Closed valves
Return to Hot
Water Supply Inlet
Check blend circuit ow rate.
Flow rate is less than 10 gpm (37.8 lpm). Reset
circuit ow rate and check for the following:
• Air locks
• Blocked strainers
• Closed valves
• Pump failure
