The
allmower
housing
may
not
be
cleaned
by
rotations
of
the
blade,
as thus
the
friction
disc
of the
clutch
will
be
overstressed
and will
become
too
hot.
Damages
and
a shorter
ser_
vice
life
will
be the
result.
Transportation

lf the
mower
has
to
be
lifted
for
transportation
you
have
to
switch
off
the
enqine'first
and
wait
till
the
blade
has
come
a
complete
standstill.
When
moving
the
mower
on
a
sudace
other
than
grass
the
blade
must
absolutely
stand
still.
An
inspection
includes
the
following
activities:
7.
Remove
all remnants
of
dirl
and
qrass
and
clean
the machine
thoroughty.
Touch
up
defects
in
paint
work.
2.
Cleaning
of air filter,
air intake
svstem
and
carburettor.
Never
blow
out
the
air filter
with
compressed
air, when
mounted
on
the
motor.
Resef
the
cleaned
or new
air
fil-
ter
and
c/ose
the
cover.
3.
Keep
the
cooling
air flow
free
by removrng
cut
remnants
from
cooling
ribs
at the
cylinder,
cooling
paddles
and
cooling
grid.
4.
Controltank,
fuelfilter,
fuel
cock
and
pipe.
5.
Check
accelerator
lever
with
bowden
cable
and
speed
governor
with
regard
to
easy-going,
lubricate
and
adjust
them
if
necessary.
6.
Clean
the
spark
plug,
adjust
the
gap
bet-
ween
the
electrodes
(0,75
mm)
änd
con-
trol
the ignition
spark.
7.
Adjust
the
wheels
to
easy-running
free
from
play.
8.
Check
a// accessible
screws
and
nuts
for
a tight
fit
and
tighten
if necessary.
9.
Sharpen
the
cutting
blade,
balance
the
blade
and
check
the frictton
clutch
fuork
shop).
10.
Testrun
and
adjustment
of motor
speed
at
)>max.<<

Check
the
motor
brake.
Braking period
approx.
5 sec.

Belt
tensioning

belt
changing

but

hood
and
the
motor
adapter)

draw
the
motor
ahead
as far

possib
le.
Tighten
the
screws
again.

damaged
and has
to
be replaced
by
a new
one
you
should
proceed
as follows:

remove
spark
plug
socket,
so that
the motor
cannot
starl
-
unscrew
belt
protection
-
remove
belt ref.
no.
68g0
from
belt
tiqhtener
pulley.

belt
on
upper
edge
of

pul-
ley
at the
motor
and
pull
starter
