1. Make sure to evenly spread the thermal paste over the CPU to improve heat dissipation.
2. Ensure that the CPU and the CPU cooler are securely fastened and in good contact with
each other.
3. To make sure the CPU cooler is seated properly, it is highly recommended to check
whether or not the CPU temperature reported in the BIOS is at a normal level.
