Maintenance, warranty, disposal
Warranty
The legally applicable warranty period is valid. Should the product be
found to be defective, please contact one of our distributors in your
country.
Any claims regarding warranty will be invalidated if the product has been
opened up. Exceptions:
· Keys may only be opened to insert and exchange the battery,
“Battery replacement in less than 30 seconds”, page82.
· In a modular system, the cylinder length may be adjusted only accor-
ding to the respective instructions.
No warranty can be provided when accessories other than those men-
tioned in these instructions are used. Damages due to normal wear and
tear, overloading or improper and/or incorrect handling are excluded
from the warranty.
The following documentation must be returned with the product for
warranty claims:
· A copy of the invoice with purchase date.
· A description of the defect or reason for the claim.
