Hose Temperature Controller [2]
To raise the supply hose temperature, turn adjustment shaft
clockwise. To lower hose temperature, turn adjustment shaft
counterclockwise. Temperature graduations on hose controllers
reflect the approximate hose temperature. For precise readings,
measure the inside hose temperature with a pyrometer and bead
probe. The supply hose temperature should be set to the minimum
temperature required for application to ensure maximum hose life
and prevent degradation of the material in the supply hose.
