Above a 60cm ATAG oven (HI8071M)
Ventilation occurs through the plinth and back of the oven. The
niche should be at least 600 mm high.
Make an opening of at least 560 x 6 mm at the front and back.
Installation of the induction hob above a combi-microwave, a microwave, a 90 cm
ATAG oven or any other brand of oven.
Saw the ventilation openings in such a way that the total surface
area of the holes is at least 100 cm2. E.g. two holes of 50 cm2.
Fit a shield between the oven and the hob. This shield should be
at least 10 mm thick and heat resistant (85 °C).
The space between the underside of the hob and the shield
should be at least 50 mm.
To protect the airflow, fit a protective panel of the same material
as the shield between the shield and the hob. Ventilation occurs
through the adjacent cupboards.
