If

"on,"
data
received

the
right
margin

locally
generated
newline.
The
cursor
moves
to
the
next
line
upon
receipt
of
the
81st
or
133rd
character
on a
line.
If
"off,"
received
data
will
overprint
at
the
right
margin
until
a
newline
is
received.
This
option
determines
if
the
cursor
moves
to
the
beginning
of
the
next
line
("yes")
or
to
the
next
line
in
the
same column
("no")
on
receipt
of
a
linefeed
character.
This
option
determines
if
CR
or
LF
or
CR/LF
is
sent
when
the
Return
key
is
depressed.
This
option
allows
for
up
to
four
ASCII
characters
to
be
entered
that
will
be
sent
when
the
Enter
key
is
depressed.
Displayed
only
if
cartridge
is
plugged
in.
If
"idle"
is
selected,
or
if
the
cartridge
is
not
functioning,
the
basic
software
will
be
running.
If
"used"
is
selected,
the
software
in
the
cartridge
is
activated.
This
option
determines
whether
the
terminal
powers
up
in
the
80-Column
or
132-Column mode. A
change
in
this
option
clears
the
screen,
homes
the
cursor,
turns
off
the
Insert
mode,
and
resets
the
scrolling
region
to
lines
1
through
24.
This
option
is
used
to
indicate
to
the
terminal
whether
vertical
scrolling
is
"smooth"
or
"jumps"
line-by-line.
