Telephone operation
Answer an incoming call during an intercom call
If you receive an incoming outside call during an intercom call, there is an
alert tone.
To answer the incoming outside call:
Press PHONE/FLASH. The intercom call ends automatically.
To end the intercom call without answering the incoming outside call:
Press OFF/CANCEL. The intercom call ends and the handsets ring for the
incoming call.
To let the answering system answer the incoming outside call:
Continue with the intercom call. If the answering system is on, it answers
the incoming call after the number of rings you have set.
