8.1. Annual maintenance
• Turn off the electrical supply
• Close off the gas supply
• Remove the front cover off the boiler
unclip the inner cover
• swing the controller forward
• Cover the controller connections against water ingress
• Undo the gas line, the combustion air tube and the
air micro-tubes from the burner
• Disconnect the electrodes, the fan and the
gas valve
• Remove the remaining burner assembly and
place it in a clean area

• T he combustion chamber is revealed
any residue should be cleaned with a non metallic
brush, by compressed air or a vacuum
cleaner
Acid or alkali should not be used
• If the refractory gaskets on the burner or the face
of the combustion chamber are damaged,
then they should replaced immediately.
