Unit is shut down
The warning sign (3) will flash indicating either that the outlet temperature is too high or that the motor
overload relay has tripped. Remedy the problem.
Move the cursor to the action button Menu
and push the Enter key. Using the Scroll keys, move the cursor
to the protections icon. Push the Enter key. Move the cursor to the blinking icon and press the Enter key.
Move the cursor to the Reset button and press the enter key again.
Multiple shut-down
If there are multiple sequential failures with short time intervals on a specific shut-down functionality,
consult your Atlas Copco Customer Centre.
Excessive oil consumption
Have the compressor inspected by your Atlas Copco Customer Centre.
Condition Fault Remedy
Condensate is not discharged from
condensate traps during loading.
Discharge pipe of condensate
trap clogged.
Check and correct as necessary.
WSD (electronic water drain)
malfunctioning.
Consult Atlas Copco.

Compressor air delivery or pressure
below normal.
Air consumption exceeds air
delivery of compressor.
Check equipment connected.
Choked air filters. Replace filters.
Air leakage. Check and correct.

Oil level too low. Check and correct.
Oil coolers clogged. Refer to the Coolers section.
Air cooler clogged. Refer to the Coolers section.
On air-cooled compressors,
insufficient cooling air or cooling
air temperature too high.
Check and correct as necessary.
On water-cooled compressors,
cooling water flow too low.
Increase flow.
On water-cooled compressors,
restriction in cooling water
system.
