3. Open the oil drain valve (Do).
• Hold the oil drain hose (1) downward to drain the oil.
4. • Disconnect the air hose (2) at the top on the vessel.
• Move the hose downward to drain the oil from the element.
• Remove the oil filter (OF). Be aware that this filter has a left thread connection.
• Remove the oil separator (OS). Be aware that this filter has a left thread
connection.
• Collect the oil in a collector and deliver it to the local collection service. Refit the vent
plugs after draining.
5. • Close the oil drain valve (Do).
• Refit the drain hose at the top of the air receiver.
6. Clean the seat on the manifold. Lubricate the gasket of the new oil filter and screw it into
place. Tighten firmly by hand.
• Clean the seat on the manifold. Lubricate the gasket of the new oil separator and screw
it into place. Tighten firmly by hand.
7. Remove filler plug (FC).
Fill the air receiver with oil until the level reaches the filler neck.
