Controller reference
Controller messages
The controller can show the following messages on the status bar of the display:
PSet has been selected from ToolsTalk
Angle exceeded The defined Max. Angle for the step has been ex-
ceeded.
Angle not reached The defined Min. Angle for the step has not been
reached.
Batch OK Batch completed.
Bit slip detected The bit slips from the joint after the torque has reached
70% of the target torque (if Bit slip detection is set to
On)..
Cancel Tightening cancelled.
Disable System is disabled.
Error in step n A process error in step n has occurred as described in
the following line.
Global time exceeded The defined Max. process time for the entire tighten-
ing process has been exceeded.
Global time not reached The defined Min. process time for the entire tighten-
ing process has not been reached.
Hold angle exceeded The hold angle exceeded the value specified in Max
hold angle.
I/O PSet select source is set to IO.
Max torque exceeded Total step torque is greater than Max. allowed
torque.
OK Tightening completed successfully.
Step n Tightening process step n active.
Seating angle exceeded If Final tightening method is Angle:
Seating angle is exceeded by 5% or more.
If Final tightening method is Torque:
Seating angle exceeded Seating angle supervision.
Seating torque exceeded Seating torque is greater than Max. torque (shown
only if Final tightening method is Torque).
Service required Service reminder, the time since last calibration has
elapsed or the set number of tightenings since last cal-
ibration has been performed.
Time exceeded The defined Max. time for the step has been ex-
ceeded.
Time not reached The defined Min. time for the step has not been
reached.
Torque exceeded The defined Max. torque for the step has been ex-
ceeded.
Torque not reached The defined Min. torque for the step has not been
reached.
Total torque too low Total step torque is lower than Min. allowed torque.
Unscrew Unscrew process active.
