This section describes the installation of the Linux operating system on the OSN server.

5.2.1 Requirements
Before installing Linux on the device's OSN Server, ensure the following hardware and
software requirements are fulfilled:
 Hardware requirements:
• Ethernet cable cord
• External USB CD ROM or DVD ROM (not supplied)
• USB cable (not supplied) to connect the external USB CD ROM to the device
• RS-232 cable (supplied)
