Setting an alarm
• Press [Alarm] on the unit or on the remote control.
• Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄]or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to select and confirm
“Alarm 1” or “Alarm 2”.
• Rotate [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] on the remote control to scroll through each alarm setting. If you
want to change a setting, press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or [OK] on the remote control.
• For Snooze press the [Enter/Next/Prev] on the device. The alarm will go off again after 9 minutes.
• To stop the alarm, press [Alarm] on the unit or [Power] on the remote control.
On/Off: Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to choose
to set the alarm.
Frequency: Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to
choose between “Day”, “Workday” “Weekend” or “Week”.
Wake UpTime: Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to
adjust the hour of the alarm.
Source: Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to choose
between “Buzzer”, “Digital Radio” or “FM.
Duration: Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to set
timer (Off 15,30,45,60,90,120).
Volume: Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to set
Volume.
NOTE: The menu for setting the alarm opens immediately when the alarm button on the remote control is pressed.
This function allows programming the device to switch into standby mode by itself after a set period of time.
• Press [Menu] on the unit or on the remote control.
• Rotate [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] on the remote control to select “System Settings” on the display.
Press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or [OK] on the remote control to confirm.
• Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to select “System
Settings” in the submenu.
• Rotate [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to select “Sleep”.
• Press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or [OK] on the remote control to confirm.
• Rotate [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] to select [OK] on the remote control to set time. (Off, 15, 30, 45,
60, 90,120).
NOTE: The menu for setting the sleep time opens immediately when the sleep button on the remote control is pressed.
Equalizer
Press the [EQ] button on the unit or on the remote control to choose “Normal, Classic, Pop, Jazz, Rock, Flat, Movie, News or
Bass”.
Rotate and press the [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to confirm.
Time and date settings.
The clock will automatically set itself using DAB or FM radio signal. If the time or date does not update automatically, you can
manually set it using this option.
Note: Any time or date updates received by a digital broadcast will override manual settings.
Setting the time and date manually:
• Press [Menu] on the unit or on the remote control.
• Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to select “System
Settings”.
• Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to select “System
Settings” on the submenu.
• Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to select “Time and
date”. Select and press “Set Time/Date” or “Auto Update”.
• Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to choose between “12”
or “24” hours.
• Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to select “Set Date
Format” to choose between 2 different options.
Backlight
• Press [Menu] on the unit or on the remote control.
• Rotate and press [Enter/Next/Prev] on the unit or press [◄] or [►] and [OK] on the remote control to select “System
Settings”.

Settings” on the submenu
