Removing the Gimbal
1.
Place the aircraft on a level surface with the gimbal compartment facing
upward.
2.
Using a small star screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the
gimbal’s cover, and remove the gimbal cover. Then use a Phillips head
screwdriver to unscrew the screws securing the FPC connector, and pull the
head of the connector cable out of its slot.
3.
Gently grasp the two vibration absorber tails with your thumb and forefinger.
Slide the gimbal back and up in a straight line, following the gimbal
compartment groove.
