STARTING TEST
Touch the Starting
Test button.
Connect the
clamps as shown.
Make sure the
engine is turned
off, then touch
the green Start
Starting Test
button.
Start Engine as
prompted.
After starting of
the engine, the
tester may ask
you if the engine
is Gas or Diesel if
more information
is required to
determine an
accurate test result.
The
BVA-360
may ask
you to
input
how
many
cylinders
the
engine
is.
The
starting
system
results
will be
displayed.
CHARGING TEST
Touch the
Charging Test
button.
This message
will come up if no
clamps connected.
Connect the
clamps as shown.
The engine must
be running, so
start the engine,
then touch the
green Start
Charging Test
button.
Waiting for voltage
to stabilize. The
test will resume
on its own, when
stable.
The charging
system results will
be displayed.
