What to do if my AUX Q Series displays a compressor top head sensor error?
    • L
      Lisa ReedSep 23, 2025
If your AUX Air Conditioner is showing an error related to the compressor top head sensor, it might be caused by disconnection of the compressor top head temperature protection switch. Check if the compressor top head temperature exceeds 110℃. Test if the terminals of the sensor are in short-circuit condition. Check if the sensor wire or the sensor connecting wire is damaged. Disconnect power supply and check the terminal of the Outdoor Unit main PCB.

Why is my AUX Air Conditioner showing an Indoor Unit and Outdoor Unit communication error?
    • C
      Cole EsparzaAug 25, 2025
If your AUX Air Conditioner's indoor unit and outdoor unit are not communicating, the frequency converter might be the cause, since it requires communication between the units. First, check if the outdoor unit can power on and is working. Then, observe the outdoor unit's main PCB while turning on the air conditioner. If the issue persists, connect the black signal line S to terminal N of the outdoor unit. If 'E5' is still reported, the outdoor unit main PCB needs to be replaced. If the error remains after these steps, consider changing the indoor unit main PCB.

Why won't the compressor start on my AUX Q Series Air Conditioner?
    • D
      Dave LopezAug 26, 2025
If your AUX Air Conditioner's compressor isn't starting, it might be due to the module panel's constant testing of the compressor current and calculation of the rotator's position. Begin by checking the compressor wires to ensure they are in the correct order. Also, test if the supply voltage is unstable. Verify that the module panel is firmly fixed to the radiator and observe whether the module panel's power supply is stable.

What does OVP or UVP error mean on my AUX Q Series?
    • B
      bennettalexAug 27, 2025
If your AUX Air Conditioner displays OVP or UVP error, it indicates that the voltage is out of range, as detected by the voltage inspection circuits in inverter air conditioners. You should check the supply environment of the user. For outdoor unit machines with PFC panels, ensure the PFC function is enabled. Use a multimeter to check the supply voltage.

What causes a module protection error in my AUX Q Series?
    • D
      darius24Aug 27, 2025
For an AUX Air Conditioner experiencing a module protection error, it means the power module, which drives the compressor, has detected overcurrent, overvoltage, or overheat. Verify that the compressor wires are in the correct order. Check if the supply voltage is unstable and ensure the module panel is firmly fixed. Test the module panel's power supply for stability and look for any damaged components near the module panel.

What to check if my AUX Air Conditioner displays an Outdoor Unit temperature sensor error?
    • R
      Rebecca CareySep 14, 2025
If your AUX Air Conditioner is showing an error related to the outdoor unit temperature sensor, it could be due to a short circuit or open circuit detected during inspection. Check whether there’s resistance problem, short circuit or open circuit in the sensor. See if the sensor wire is broken and ensure the terminal connectors are well fixed. Also, check if the sensor is affected with damp. If problems persist, replace the Outdoor Unit temperature sensor and check whether the error still exists.

What to do if my AUX Q Series shows an Outdoor Unit DC motor error (3-core terminal motor)?
    • M
      Michelle RiveraSep 5, 2025
If your AUX Air Conditioner shows an Outdoor Unit DC motor error (3-core terminal motor), it is likely due to imbalanced current on the three lead wires of the driving motor. First, make sure to exclude any mechanical jam of the Outdoor Unit motor blades. Then, check if the terminal of the motor is not connected firmly and observe if the color order of the three lead wires is correct. If problems persist, prepare a matched Outdoor Unit main PCB before maintenance. If the motor returns to normal after replacing the main PCB, then it’s the main PCB problem.

What does 'Outdoor EE error' mean on my AUX Q Series?
    • L
      lindasmithSep 2, 2025
If your AUX Air Conditioner displays 'Outdoor EE error', it indicates a problem with the EE chip data format or that the EE chip is broken. The suggested solution is to replace the Outdoor Unit main PCB directly.
