Support Portal.
Ensure you enter the following information when registering a new product:
• Sold To End User Location (Sold To Number Means Functional Location (FL) # in Europe)
- U.S number format: 000XXXXXXX (000 + 7 digits)
- Outside of U.S (ROW) number format: 00XXXXXXXX (00 + 8 digits)
• Site Contact Validation Page
• Sold To Location Section (Check the account details.)
• Reported by Section (Requestor details can be filled in. Email notification is preferred.)
• Onsite Contact Information
• Site Readiness Information (Cutover and Implementation Type.)
• Install Base Creation Page
