For ERS 8600 devices, user can invoke a Packet Capture any time, as well as can setup a
threshold which, being exceeded provides an automatic packet capture to enable network admin
to have real time visibility into all traffic traversing thru a port in the ERS.
Thresholds can be disabled / enabled any time. Events generated by traffic exceeding the
thresholds will show in the events window on the IPFM Dashboard.
