1 Card slots 1 to 8 (right to left). Up to six optional analog I/O expansion cards can be installed, as well
as several optional digital format expansion cards. All eight card slots can be used. For more informa-
tion, see “Installing MTRX Expansion Cards” on page 29.
2 Mini module slot for optional MTRX Dual MADI I/O expansion card.
3 Power switch.
4 Main power supply.
5 AES/EBU I/O 1–4 (4 stereo pairs or 8 mono channels): DB-25 connector with Tascam pin-out.
6 AES/EBU I/O 5–8 (4 stereo pairs or 8 mono channels): DB-25 connector with Tascam pin-out.
7 MADI I/O BNC connectors.
8 Primary DigiLink Mini port for Pro Tools | HDX or HD Native.
9 Primary or Expansion DigiLink Mini port for Pro Tools | HDX or HD Native, or another I/O.
10 Word Clock synchronization output, BNC connector.
11 Word Clock or Video Black Burst synchronization input (configurable), BNC connector.
12 AES11/AES3 synchronization input, female XLR connector.
13 Ethernet control—and IP audio Dante with installed Dante 64 Option card—Primary port (net 1) RJ45
connector. Control port in Redundant IP audio mode (for more information, see the Pro Tools | MTRX
Operation Guide).
14 IP audio Dante with installed Dante 64 Option card—Secondary port (net 2) RJ45 connector. Ethernet
control in Switched IP audio mode only (for more information, see the Pro Tools | MTRX Operation
Guide).
15 Reconfigure button and Status LED.
