FlightMax Entegra PFD
-32- 600-00081-000 Rev 07
The Entegra PFD comes equipped with a self-check monitor. When
the self-check monitor detects a condition that doesnt warrant
removal of data, a directive warning message is displayed to the
pilot to CROSSCHECK ATTITUDE.
1. When this message is displayed, the pilot should scan all
backup instruments and auxiliary instruments (backup
attitude indicator, backup airspeed indicator, and back up
altimeter) to crosscheck the aircraft attitude. The warning
message is automatically removed when the self-check
monitor confirms the PFD attitude is valid.
The Crosscheck Attitude message will not be displayed when
air data is invalid (as shown on page 28). Cross referencing
the PFD attitude to the backup ADI is recommended during
flight with invalid air data.
