8 Appendix B: Installing and Licensing Xilinx Software
8.1 Install Vivado Design Edition
The MicroZed XC7Z010-CLG400-1 Zynq-7000 AP SoC device development is supported by
Vivado WebPACK licensing. MicroZed also comes with an entitlement voucher to a seat of
Vivado Design Edition which is device locked to a XC7Z010-CLG400-1 Zynq-7000 AP SoC
device. The Design Edition software is an advantage over WebPACK as it adds the Logic
Analyzer capability.
