  In some cases, you might not be able to log in to the Axis Camera Station website even with a created user. This can occur on Windows XP because IIS might grant only guest access. To resolve this, grant the guest account the necessary access in the AXIS Camera Station Administration. Alternatively, go to Control Panel > Administrative tools > Local Security policy. Then, select Local policies > Security Options > Setting for network access and choose Classic - user acts as itself.

  If you're not getting an image from the camera in Axis Camera Station, the issue might be missing decoders. Proper decoders must be installed for MPEG-4 and H.264 video formats. In licensed mode, click on the link provided where the camera’s Live View should be to launch the installation of codecs. In AXIS Camera Station One or Demo mode, download the proper codecs from the camera’s Live View page.
