Importusers
ThebodywornsystemallowsyoutoimportyourbodywornuserdatafromaCSVUTF-8(Commadelimited)le.Thisisthemost
efcientwaytoaddnewusers,aswellasupdateusernamesandcameraprolesforexistingbodywornuserswithauserID.
YoucanalsoincludeRFIDsforeachuser.Thismeansthatifyou’reusingself-assigncameraassignment,youcanassociateRFID
tagswithalltheusersatonce,insteadofpairingeachself-assigntagindividually.
Ifyoualreadyhaveusersinthesystemthatyouwanttoupdatebeforedoingtheimport,seeExportusersonpage26.
Toimportbodywornusers:
1.GotoUsers.
2.Openthecontextmenu
andclickImportusers.
3.DownloadtheCSVtemplate,whichshowsyouthecorrectformatfortheusers,userIDs,andRFIDs.
4.EntertheusersanduserIDsintheCSVle.
5.ClickSelectCSVleandselectthelethatyoucreated.
6.ResolveanyconictsshowninthestatuswindowandthenclickImport.
Addcameras
1.Dockthecamerayouwanttoaddtoyoursystem.AllcameraLEDswillashamber.
2.GotoDevices.
3.Inthecameralist,clickNew.
4.IntheAddcameraslist,selectthecamerasyouwanttoaddandclickAdd.AllLEDsstopashingwhenthecamerahas
beenaddedsuccessfully,whichmaytakeacoupleofminutes.

•Acameradoesn’tfunctionunlessauserisassignedtoit.AllLEDsashredwhenyouundockittoindicatethatauser
