probe. Is the cable properly plugged in and affi xed? Is the probe
correctly screwed on? Check for erosion on the probe.
- Once error rectifi ed, conduct
the “probe check” or “scan frequency” function (see chapter 6.2).

Permissible internal operating temperature exceeded. Ultrasonic homogenizer turns off.
Allow the ultrasonic homogenizer to cool down.
- Wait until the HF generator
has suffi ciently cooled. The operating temperature must be < 50 °C.
