6.4 Repairs and service
If you identify errors or defects that cannot be rectifi ed, use of the homogenizer must be halted.
In such a case, please contact the supplier or the manufacturer:

In addition, the homogenizer is to be cleaned and decontaminated (if necessary), see the following
chapter.
6.4.1 Decontamination certifi cate
If the homogenizer is sent back to the manufacturer for repairs (with accessories, if applicable),
the form “Certifi cate of Decontamination” is to be fi lled out and affi xed to the packaging on the
outside, in a visible spot.
If this form has not been fi lled out, we reserve the right to refuse receipt of the package in order to
protect our employees.

6.4.2 Software version display
In some cases it may be necessary to inform authorised skilled personnel or the manufacturer of
the software version for the homogenizer.
After the HF generator is turned on (power switch) and initialisation is complete, press and hold
the “PROG” button and press the “START/STOP” button simultaneously. An ultrasonic transducer
must not be connected.
The software version provided here is an example, the actual specifi cations may differ.
