THE PROVING FUNCTION is used to let
dough prove. Much faster than at
room temperature.
1:
ST PROVING
PLACE BOWL with dough on Wire shelf on shelf level 1 or 2. Cover with
baking cloth.
SHORTEN THE PROVING TIME by a ¹/₃ compared to a traditional recipe.
2:
ND PROVING
AFTER ROLLING out the dough, also this proving can be done in the
oven. Cover the items with a baking cloth and insert the baking tray
on level 2 or 3.
SHORTEN THE PROVING TIME by a ½ compared to a traditional recipe.
SHORTENING THE PROVING TIMES is recommended because the ambient
temperature is more optimal inside than outside the oven I.E. room
temperature.
Therefore it is necessary to stop the proving prematurely. Else it
will continue and prove too much during the following preheating
when using the Assisted Mode baking programs (Bread / Cakes).
