E30 Normalizer Expiration Alert Normalizer will expire in 1–60 days. Contact local BD representative to schedule replacement
before expiration.
E31 Normalizer Expired Normalizer expiration date has passed. Schedule normalizer replacement immediately to
resume testing.
E44 Fatal Operating System Error Look for obvious source of problem such as disconnected cable. If no obvious source exists, contact
your local BD representative.
E50 Internal Software Error System encountered a software general protection error. Save data to USB and call your local
BD representative.
E51 Duplicate Panel Barcode
Detected
Carefully examine the reported stations for duplicate barcodes. All panels with duplicate barcodes have
been aborted. If duplicates are found, then remove the panels from your system and contact your local
BD representative immediately.
E52 Instrument Communications
Application Layer (ICAL) Alert
Instrument is not registered. Configure the instrument in the system.
E98 PC Alert The IDS layer timed out. If the condition reoccurs, contact your local BD representative.
W100 Invalid Panel Sequence Number Panel sequence number typed or scanned does not meet the required number format. Type in/scan
correct panel sequence number. Check for panel update barcodes in carton.
W101 Missing Panel Sequence
Number
Operation was attempted and value in panel Sequence # field was blank. Type in/scan correct panel
sequence number before attempting the operation again.
W102 Unknown Panel Sequence
Number
Attempt was made in the BD Phoenix™ database to save or select sequence number that is not in the
BD Phoenix™ database. Verify that correct panel sequence number was entered. If error recurs, panel
may need to be logged in if it is a new panel.
W103 Invalid Panel Type for Region Attempt was made to log in a panel barcode that is not valid for the region. Verify that the correct panel
barcode was entered.
W200 Invalid Accession Number Attempt was made to save, find, or print information for an invalid accession number. Enter valid
accession number, up to 20 characters excluding: * ? [ ] ! # |
Accession number conflicts with 12 digit sequence number format.
