• Regularly check that water is discharged via the drain outlet of the water separator.
In case of EWD (optional): Check that no alarm is displayed on the service panel of the EWD
(5) and that oil/water aerosols and/or solid particles are discharged via drain outlet (6). The
amount depends on the operating conditions.
Stopping
To stop the air treatment unit, proceed as follows:
1. Close the inlet valve (between the air receiver and the purifier) and the outlet valve (between
the purifier and the air net).
2. Let the unit operate for a period without consumption, to depressurize the vessels.
3. Stop the air treatment unit.
If the air treatment unit is stopped for a longer period, keep the external inlet and outlet
valve closed to avoid moisture from entering the unit.
Under no circumstances must compressed air be allowed to flow through the unit when
the electrical power is switched off. This will result in terminal failure of the desiccant
material, causing regeneration will no longer be possible.
