  If the signal bars are low, fluctuating, and the call quality is poor on your Beam Docking Station, ensure all antenna connectors are tight. Make sure the antenna has a clear view of the satellite without obstructions. Use Beam-certified antenna cabling, ensuring there are no sharp bends or cuts in the cable. If you're using a fixed passive antenna, verify that it's correctly oriented and pointing at the satellite.

  If you experience dropped calls with your Beam Docking Station, it might be due to satellite signal obstruction caused by buildings, bridges, tunnels, or large vehicles when you are moving.   If Party B cannot hear you when using the Beam Docking Station, make sure the Privacy Handset is docked in its cup when not in use. Check that the mute function is not active (indicated by a red light). Also, check the signal strength on the handset and ensure the headset connector at the base of the IsatPhone is free from obstructions, dust, or foreign objects.

  If the handset and docking station turn off every 20 minutes, ensure the Ignition/Accessories wire is connected to power. If it's not connected or connected to ground, the Beam Docking Station will enter sleep mode after 20 minutes by default.
