Ensure rearward-facing installation and airbag deactivation if in front seat.
Prevent seat marks or discoloration on vehicle seats using protection like a blanket.
Ensure correct seat position, no front airbag, secure loose items, and all persons are strapped in.
Check seatbelt buckle fit with lower lap belt guide to ensure secure fastening.

Place seat rear-facing, check position, route seatbelt, lock buckle, place lap belt in guides.
Tighten lap belt by pulling diagonal belt. Route through rear guide. Move handle to driving position.
If seatbelt buckle is too long, seat may not fasten securely. Choose another seat.
Remove diagonal belt from guide, undo buckle, remove lap belt from guide.
Check harness fits snugly, headrest is correct, and buckle tongues are locked.
Ensure seat is rearward-facing, used on front seat only if airbag is deactivated.
Check shoulder belts fit snugly, headrest adjusted, harness height aligned, and buckles locked.
Seat is for forward-facing ISOFIX seats only, according to UN R16.
Ensure seat is rearward-facing and airbag is deactivated if used in passenger seat.
Check stroller manual before use. Seat attaches to approved strollers and is suitable for Maxi-Cosi adapters.

Do not use chemical detergents or bleaching agents under any circumstances.
Integrated harness system cannot be removed. Do not remove parts.
Have serial number, vehicle make/model, and child's weight/age/height ready for inquiries.
Designed for 7 years of use. Gradual wear from UV may occur.
Consider high temperature fluctuations and direct sunlight exposure.
Remove or cover seat if vehicle is exposed to direct strong sunlight for long periods.
