What to do if no video is displayed on the BenQ WDP02 screen?

  If no video is displayed on the screen, make sure the correct cables are connected between the transmitter input and your high-definition equipment, and that HDMI is selected as the input source on your projector. Also, check the power and source indicators on both the receiver and the transmitter. If the power indicator is blinking blue, try moving the transmitter closer to the receiver, ensuring they are within a 100-foot line of sight. If the source indicator is flashing slowly, confirm your video resolution and frame rate are supported and compatible by connecting the source device directly to your display. If the source indicator is flashing fast, ensure all cables are properly connected and that your source devices are powered on.

Why is there no 3D video output from my BenQ WDP02 Projector?

  If you're not getting 3D video output, first, check that both display terminals (transmitter and receiver sides) support 3D video format. If one supports only 2D, 3D might not work. If both support 3D, turn off any 2D-supported display terminals, power on the 3D display, and set the source player to 3D video output. Also, verify the video output setting of the source player to ensure it is compatible with the display terminal.
