8. What if there are problems?
Problem Possible cause Solution

The ECG signal is unstable or
too weak.
Repeat the measurement as per
the instructions in these Instruc-

shows “EE” on the display.

skin is too weak.

The cu was not attached
correctly.
Re-attach the cu in accordance
with the instructions in chapter
“5.1 Attaching the cu”.
The batteries are flat (“EE 4”). Replace the batteries.
