this process.
5.4.2 Pre-infusion
From the coffee settings screen it is possible to
adjust the duration of the pre-infusion from a
minimum of 0" to a maximum of 5".
To activate this setting simply touch the pre-infu-
sion key as shown in the figure.
Once the desired value has been set, simply tap
OK to save the change.
5.4.3 Boiler priority settings
From the coffee settings screen and from the
steam settings screen (see section 5.7) it is pos-
sible to access the heating priority settings.
In this way the priority can be set in the manage-
ment of the thermal power to guarantee the read-
iness of the machine.
It is possible to set:
• Coffee boiler priority:
The machine will regulate the PID control in or-
der to guarantee maximum efficiency of the coffee
boiler
• Services boiler priority:
The machine will regulate the PID in order to guar-
antee the maximum efficiency of Tea and Steam
service
• No Priority:
The machine will make both the PIDs work sepa-
rately to guarantee maximum efficiency both for
the coffee and for the boiler
Warnings: in this configuration the electrical con-
sumption of the machine is at maximum.
5.4.4 Dispensing Stopwatch
During coffee dispensing, a screen is provided
that monitors the dispensing pump pressure and
the dispensing time.
