G.BEZZERA S.R.L. Warranty Terms
The products supplied are covered by warranty due to material and/or manufacturing defects for a
period of 12 months from the invoice date. If the machine is outside the warranty period, the warranty
will no longer be valid. Warranty will be granted only after submission of the original purchase docu-
ment (sale receipt or invoice) proving the purchase date.
In case of malfunction attributable to manufacturing defects, the warranty claim must be submitted
directly to the authorised G.BEZZERA S.R.L. dealer where the machine was purchased, specifying the
fault and the serial number indicated in the user manual or on the machine frame.
Goods returned to the authorised dealer without the above-mentioned serial number shall void the
warranty insofar as the machine’s traceability data would no longer be available.
In the event of a return, delivery of the equipment is the customer’s responsibility. Handle with care and
reposition the machine inside the original packing, to avoid further damage during transport. Remem-
ber that for the warranty to be recognised, the goods must only be returned in the original packing.
The cost and the risks of shipping the machine to the dealer shall be borne by the customer.
Each machine has an anti-tamper seal, which makes it impossible to open the machine without break-
ing or damaging the seal. The warranty shall not be granted, under any circumstances, if the seal on
the machine has been removed or damaged.
The claim under warranty shall be accepted only after verification by the G.BEZZERA S.R.L. specialised
and authorised technician, who will assess whether the machine can be repaired on site or needs to
be delivered to the manufacturing plant. Any tampering with the machine by unauthorised personnel
shall void the warranty.
If the machine is received with defective or visibly damaged packing, the customer must promptly notify
the distributor. Do not accept the goods and, above all, do not try to operate the machine.
The warranty explicitly excludes any defects which:
- are attributable to the use of non original accessories and spare parts
- are caused by lightning, humidity, fire, improper power supply voltage, as well as any other damage
not objectively attributable to the manufacturer.
- are due to tampering with the power supply cable
- are not due to manufacturing faults, but rather to the normal wear of the materials due to use of
the appliance (notably, lime scale build-up and deterioration of the parts subject to wear, e.g. seals,
grinding disks)
- occur due to incorrect use, negligence or carelessness in use or care (e.g. in case of non observance
of the user instructions for the appliance)
- are caused by incorrect installation, maintenance or repair by unauthorised persons or due to dam-
age during transportation.
