Table 3-2 Functions of the input

1 Change-over input signal, heating/
cooling
If a signal is sent to the input, the unit will switch from
heating mode to cooling mode.
2 Release of unit by low-limit thermo-
stat
The fan will not switch on until hot water is supplied to
the unit, thus preventing cold air from being blown out.
3 Ventilation unit always on The ventilation unit keeps on running, even if the control-
ler is set to the night/standby mode.
4 Ventilation unit on or one speed
higher
The ventilation unit is switched on or, if already on, is set
to one speed higher.
5 Ventilation unit off The ventilation unit is switched off.
10 Summer setting (CC H) By making contact to the input, the unit’s temperature
control is switched off. The
+ and - keys will have no
function anymore – when they are pressed,
__ appears in
the display.
The fan speed can still be regulated and can be used in the
summertime to obtain cooling thanks to additional circu
-
lation. The display will read x.
11 External switching on and off The unit is switched on or off by making or breaking a
contact to the input.
