In case of replacement, Billabong cannot guarantee
that you will receive the same model watch. If your
model is not available, a watch of equal value and
similar appearance will be provided.
THIS WARRANTY GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS.
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY
FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. IN THE U.K., NOTHING
IN THIS WARRANTY WILL AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY
RIGHTS.
Requesting Warranty or Other Watch Repair:
Please send in your watch, a copy if your sales receipt
and/or the warranty booklet with dealer stamp and a
description of the problem to the authorised interna-
tional watch service centre closest to you.
For service work that is not covered under warranty,
the service centre may perform the services you
request for a charge dependent on watch style and
type of work requested. These charges are subject
to change.
Do not send original packaging, as it will not be
returned. Billabong highly recommends you insure
your parcel and adequately protect the watch during
shipment. Billabong is not responsible for product
lost or damaged during shipment.
For repairs in continental France, we recommend that
you visit your Billabong watch and clock dealer.
