If the red LED illuminates, the buzzer sounds, and the BINDOMATIC Printer stops with the message 'OUTPUT TRAY FULL EMPTY TRAY', it means the output tray is full. Remove the documents from the output tray to allow the machine to continue processing the documents already inserted.

If the red LED blinks, the buzzer sounds, and the BINDOMATIC Printer displays 'INPUT JAM REMOVE DOC', follow these steps: 1. Remove the jammed document by pulling the jam clearance door away. 2. Check the thickness and quantity of the documents. 3. Press RESTART. 4. Input the document again, ensuring it touches the bottom of the input bay and that the batch isn't too large or the document too thick.

      Jennifer RobinsonAug 17, 2025
If the red LED illuminates for more than 3 seconds, the buzzer sounds, and the BINDOMATIC Printer displays 'DO NOT INSERT REMOVE DOC', it indicates there are too many documents in the same bay. To resolve this, remove the documents by pulling the jam clearance door away and then input fewer documents in each batch.
