Listening to calls / messages sorted by number (MSN)
Mes sa ges left on the ans we ring ma chi ne are sa ved in lis ted. You can con fi gu re the se lists to be sor ted by the call num -
ber (MSN) for which a mes sa ge has been left when lis te ning back to messages.

If a cross (»®«) is shown next to the soft key, the functi on is ac ti vat ed. Press the soft key again to de ac ti va te the functi -
on again. The cross is deleted.
In the ba sic ans we ring ma chi ne set tings, mes sa ges for all num bers (MSN) are sa ved in a sing le list. If you have set up
mes sa ge sor ting by num ber (MSN), you can se lect the cor re spon ding num ber (MSN) of the mes sa ges you would like
to hear be fo re lis te ning back to the messages.
Announcements, information messages and dictations
You can save va ri ous an noun ce ments, in for ma ti on mes sa ges or dic ta tions on the ans we ring machine.
An noun ce ments:
You can save to 10 an noun ce ments. If the ans we ring ma chi ne re cei ves a call, the cal -
ler he ars the an noun ce ment that is as sig ned to the num ber (MSN) dialled.
Clo sing mes sa ge:
Spe ci al an noun ce ment that a cal ler re cei ves af ter lea ving a mes sa ge, if the rec or ding
time is limited.
For war ding mes sa ge:
Spe ci al an noun ce ment that can be used for in for ma ti on at the start of an au to ma tic
no ti fi ca ti on (see page 100). Af ter rec or ding, this an noun ce ment must be activated.
An noun ce ment when AM full:
An noun ce ment that a cal ler re cei ves when the me mo ry is full.
1.) if less than 30 se conds of rec or ding ca pa ci ty is free be fo re a mes sa ge is left.
2.) if the re is no me mo ry left whilst rec or ding a mes sa ge.
Af ter rec or ding, this an noun ce ment must be activated.
