If you have se lec ted an ex ten si on who is busy or who does not ans wer the call, you can in itia te an au to ma tic dial
functi on in which the de si red ex ten si on is se lec ted again af ter ap prox. 10 seconds.

Af ter ap prox. 10 se conds, the hands free functi on is swit ched on and the call num ber is au to ma ti cal ly di al led. The
sys tem at tempts to re ach the ex ten si on for ap prox. 2 minutes.
If the ex ten si on is not rea ched, up to 20 call at tempts are made. Af ter 20 un suc cess ful at tempts, au to ma tic re di al ling
is ter mi na ted with a ne ga ti ve acknowledgment tone.

If au to ma tic di al ling is swit ched on, this is in di ca ted in the dis play by the »Au tom.
re pe at re quest « soft key. Press the right ar row key or the »Con ti nue« soft key to show the nor mal
dis play in the idle sta te of the system telephone.
Interrupt automatic redialling
You can in ter rupt au to ma tic re di al ling at any time by ma king anot her call. In this case press the loud spea ker/hands
free key du ring au to ma tic di al ling.
At the end of the call, au to ma tic re di al is continued.
Deactivate automatic redialling
You can de ac ti va te au to ma tic re di al ling at any time. No ot her call at tempts will then be made.
To de ac ti va te au to ma tic re di al ling du ring an au to ma tic call, press the E key.

You can dis ab le the re cei ver mi cro pho ne or the mi cro pho ne on the sys tem te le pho ne du ring a call. This pre vents the
cal led par ty from hea ring any dis cus sions in the room. You con ti nue to hear the called party however.
