Voicemail PABX
This performance feature is not currently supported by elmeg hybird!
If you use a voi ce sys tem on the PABX to which the sys tem te le pho ne is con nec ted (e.g. from the com pa ny Dis co fo -
ne), you can set up a key to con trol the voi ce mail functi on. By pres sing the key you can estab lish a con nec ti on to the
voicemail box.
Headset
If you have set up and con nec ted a he ad set to your sys tem te le pho ne, the he ad set is ope ra ted using a functi on key.
The se are set up in the ex works set tings for the keys 4 (He ad set) and 5 (Au to ma tic call ac cep tan ce).
Press the he ad set key to in itia te, pick up and end calls.
LED functions
The LED on the key in di ca tes the re spec ti ve sta tus:
LED off: No con nec ti on.
LED on: Con nec ti on or con nec ti on se tup.
Automatic call acceptance
Your sys tem te le pho ne can ac cept calls au to ma ti cal ly wit hout you ha ving to lift the re cei ver or press the loud spea ker
key. The time af ter which calls are ac cep ted au to ma ti cal ly is set up in the con fi gu ra ti on of the sys tem te le pho ne. Au -
to ma tic call ac cep tan ce is swit ched on or off using the function key assigned.
LED functions

LED off: Swit ched off.
LED on: Swit ched on.

This key is a spe ci al line key to which the in ter nal num ber of an ans we ring ma chi ne is as sig ned. An MFC se quen ce
can also be as sig ned to this key.
