If the date and time of the ap point ment are rea ched, you are no ti fied of this by acous tic and vi su al sig nals (with a fi xed
me lo dy). The vo lu me used to sig nal the spe ci fied ap point ment can be ad jus ted (see page 66, 68, 6970). A text can also
be sa ved for each ap point ment (max. 42 cha rac ters) that is dis play ed when the appointment is reached.
Press the E key to in ter rupt sig nal ling for the ap point ment and con ti nue la ter as a re min der. To end the sig nal ling
of an ap point ment, press the O but ton. An ap point ment is also sig nal led du ring a con nec ti on or if the »Do not dis -
turb« functi on is set.
When the sys tem te le pho ne is idle, »T« is dis play ed in the in for ma ti on bar of the dis play which in di ca tes that an
active appointment is set up.
