  To address incomplete or incorrect installation of the manifold, carrier, High Flow vacuum pump, or external valve module on your Bio-Tek Washer, check that all components are correctly installed. Also, verify the proper attachment of the mist shield and ensure microplates or strips are correctly placed in the carrier.

  If you notice kinked or bent aspirate/dispense tubes or waste/supply tubing on your Bio-Tek Washer, inspect these tubes and ensure they are free from kinks or bends.
