21. Mounting the motor cables and the protective
earth conductor to the terminal plate
▶ Screw the 3 motor cables as shown on the adhesive
label in the terminal box to the terminal plate of the
compressor using a socket spanner.
▶ 2DES-3.F1, 7 mm socket spanner (2 Nm)
▶ 4FE(S)-5.F1 .. 4CE(S)-6.F1, 8 mm socket spanner
(4 Nm)
▶ Use a 10mm socket spanner to tighten (10 Nm) the
protective earth conductor of the terminal box cover
together with the other components. Make sure that
the components are mounted in the correct order
(see photo).
