Replacing an ER2328 with an ER23
If necessary, it is easy to replace an ER22 with a ER23 in an installation communicating via Modbus.
In fact, most of the variables used in the ER22 are found in the ER23 with the same addresses (double addressing).
• To replace an ER22, the ER22 addresses in this table can be used, but only these. All the other ER22 addresses must be replaced
with those for the ER23.
• For any new installation, we recommend using the new addresses, as this enables the number of Modbus requests to be reduced.
